DMCA Policy
Mini German Pancakes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Mini German Pancakes will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Mini German Pancakes service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Mini German Pancakes's Designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Infringement Notice and delivering it to Mini German Pancakes's Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of a Notice as described below, Mini German Pancakes will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the material on the Mini German Pancakes website).
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Mini German Pancakes has removed or to which Mini German Pancakes has disabled access.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
